Preprint Season!

The lab put out three preprints we are excited about in the lab month or so.

The data paper is Arthur Matte’s work on the evolution and origin of sperm https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.11.03.685759. Not just ants! Waaaay further back. We’d love to hear your thoughts.

Then we also have a collaborative perspective piece led by Yuqi Wang: https://doi.org/10.32942/X2CD39. This one is about how global change impacts socially transferred materials and how they could help some species combat perturbations caused by global change.

Then we have a preprint led by Ellie Bladon (Rebecca Kilner’s group) on the role of metabolic division of labour in parental care https://doi.org/10.32942/X24P95
